The pool area is good with a cute outdoor space. It is perfect. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is VERY close to the beach. The hotel was quiet. I enjoyed that.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than I would have liked.

The swimming pool has a good size, offering sufficient space for swimming, and the breakfast area accommodates all guests comfortably. The pool reaches a depth of about 3 meters. Separate jacuzzi for the Thai villas

The reception staff were accommodating and allowed an early check-in. I waited for over 4 hours. Other staff members were helpful and attended to needs PROMPTLY. The personnel is EXTREMELY nice.

The hotel is close to the beach and many places to eat (I found a great little cafe!). I enjoyed the big pool area and the well-kept gardens. It created a nice atmosphere to unwind in.
My room was pretty basic and could use some updating. It felt a bit worn.

The hotel is directly on the beach, a major plus. i got my room early. The reception staff accommodated me one hour before the official check-in time. i found the team very helpful. the pool is conveniently situated in front of the rooms and remains open late.
the wi-fi was a bit slow at times.
